Peak Rock invests in CloudNine

Peak Rock Capital has made a "significant" investment in Houston, Texas-based CloudNine, a legal discovery technology company. Also, Peak Rock and CloudNine have teamed up to acquire LexisNexis' eDiscovery business. No financial terms were disclosed.
