Permira in $2.4 bln buy of Cambrex

Permira has agreed to buy Cambrex Corp for $60 a share or about $2.4 billion. Cambrex, of East Rutherford, New Jersey, is a small molecule company that provides drug substance, drug product and analytical services across the entire drug lifecycle.
