Permira to acquire Teraco

Permira has agreed to buy Teraco, a provider of carrier neutral data center services in Sub-Saharan Africa. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in 2015. Torch Partners advised Permira on the deal. In addition to the acquisition, Permira’s Richard Sanders and Michail Zekkos have been added to Teraco's board.
