Perrigo Deals for Sergeant’s Pet Care

Perrigo Co., the listed, Michigan-based healthcare products provider, is acquiring substantially all of the assets of Sergeant’s Pet Care Products, a private, Nebraska-based of animal healthcare products. The deal is worth $285 million, Perrigo stated. Jefferies & Company acted as advisor to the buyer.
