Pfingsten buys Environmental Lights

Pfingsten has acquired San Diego-based Environmental Lights, a provider of commercial accent LED lighting. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln International LLC and Canaccord Genuity LLC provided financial advice to Environmental Lights on the deal.
