Pfingsten buys RapidAir

Pfingsten has acquired Auburndale, Wisconsin-based RapidAir, a maker of compressed air piping systems. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was done in partnership with RapidAir founders Andy and Stacy Remus. Katten represented Pfingsten on the deal.
