Post Holdings to buy TreeHouse ready-to-eat cereal business

TreeHouse Foods Inc said May 2 that it agreed to sell its ready-to-eat cereal business to Post Holdings. Financial terms weren’t announced. The RTE cereal business, of St. Louis, produced about $260 million in sales in 2018.
