PPG to buy Dexmet from Sverica

PPG has agreed to acquire Wallingford, Connecticut-based Dexmet Corporation, a maker of specialty materials for surfaces in aerospace, automotive and industrial applications. The seller is Sverica Capital Management LP. No financial terms were disclosed.
