Providence funds TAIT

Providence Equity Partners has made an investment in TAIT, a provider of advanced creative and engineering solutions for the live entertainment industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Evercore served as financial adviser to TAIT on the transaction while Lazard did likewise for Providence.
