Providence Service Corp names ex-PE investor as CFO

Tucson, Arizona-based Providence Service Corp, a provider of multiple health care and social services, has appointed David Shackelton as its new chief financial officer. Shackelton, who has been the company's interim CFO since this past August, is succeeding James M. Lindstrom in this role. Prior to joining Providence Shackelton worked at Mill Road Capital and Blackstone.
