PSG acquires SignUpGenius

Providence Strategic Growth has acquired a majority stake in SignUpGenius, an online sign-up site for event and volunteer management. No financial terms were disclosed. Canaccord Genuity provided financial advice to the SignUpGenius shareholders on the deal.
