Resolute Industrial buys American Equipment Group
Resolute Industrial Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, said Nov. 4 that it acquired American Equipment Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. American Equipment, of Worcester, Massachusetts, consists of: American Spot Cooling, which provides temporary cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions, and sister company American Power Rental, which offers temporary HVAC products including generators, power distribution, and transformers.
