Ridgemont Equity Partners Fund III raises $1.65 bln
Ridgemont Equity Partners said Dec. 18 that it closed its latest flagship on $1.65 billion in commitments. The target for Ridgemont Equity Partners III LP was $1.25 billion. REP III will invest in business and industrial services, energy, healthcare, and technology and telecommunications. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC served as placement agent, while Proskauer Rose acted as fund formation counsel for REP III.
