Riverside sells RE Panels to THI Investments

Riverside Co said Sept. 10 that it sold RE Panels SA to THI Investments. Financial terms weren’t announced. RE Panels is the parent of EPCO and TECSEDO. EPCO and TECSEDO make sandwich panels for residential, commercial and industrial sectional overhead doors.
