Savanna wraps up fourth real estate fund at $591 mln
New York City-based Savanna, a real estate investment firm, has closed its fourth fund at $591 million. Savanna Real Estate Fund IV's limited partners included public and private pension funds, insurance companies, high-net worth family offices, foundations and wealth management companies from North America, South America and Europe. Park Hill Real Estate was the placement agent.
