Shiseido closes Drunk Elephant buy

Shiseido Co Ltd said Nov. 7 that it completed its buy of Drunk Elephant, a prestige skincare brand. Financial terms weren’t announced. The sale was announced in October. Press reports pegged the deal at $845 million.
