Silverfleet Capital has made four hires across the firm’s offices in London, Munich and Paris.
Johan Boork has joined Silverfleet in London as an associate, Jan Kux and Guntram Kieferle have joined Silverfleet’s Munich office, Kux as associate and Kieferle as an analyst, and Constance d’Avout has joined the firm as an associate in Paris.
The firm said Boork, who has joined from the Nordics coverage team at UBS Investment Bank, will work closely with Silverfleet’s Nordic co-head Karl Eidem who is based in Stockholm and joined the firm last month from Swedish pension fund AP6.
Kux was previously at J.P. Morgan’s London office covering corporate finance, and Kieferle has progressed from an intern at Silverfleet to full-time staff member.
d’Avout has joined the firm in Paris from EQT Partners’ London office where she was part of the credit funds team.
“We are very pleased to welcome Constance, Guntram, Jan and Johan into our team at Silverfleet Capital. Their appointment reflects our continued commitment to develop strong investment teams in each of the regions in which we invest,” Silverfleet’s managing partner Neil MacDougall said.
MacDougall said the firm expects to add to the four investments made from its latest fund soon.
The firm, which backs businesses with enterprise values between €75 million and €250 million, is investing its second fund, which closed above its €700 million target on €870 million in June 2015.
