SintecMedia Buys StorerTV

SintecMedia, which is backed by PE firm Riverwood Capital, has acquired Milwaukee-based StorerTV. Terms were not disclosed. StorerTV is a provider of media program and contract rights management software for the broadcast and cable industry.
