SRE to buy real estate adviser Courtland Partners
StepStone Group Real Estate LP, a real estate investment firm, has agreed to acquire Cleveland-based Courtland Partners Ltd, a real estate adviser. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction is expected to close by the end of March 2018.
