Strattam backs MHC Software

Strattam Capital has made a majority investment in Minneapolis-based MHC Software, a provider of enterprise content automation and document management software solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Madison Capital Funding provided debt financing for the transaction while DC Advisory was financial adviser to MHC Software.
