Sverica Capital buys Women’s Health USA

Sverica Capital Management LLC said Aug. 10 that it has acquired a majority of Women’s Health USA. Financial terms weren’t announced. Women’s Health, of Avon, Connecticut, is a national physician practice management organization focused on women’s health, including OBGYN and In Vitro Fertilization.
