Svoboda exits Triad Technologies

Svoboda Capital Partners has exited its investment in Triad Technologies following the latter company's acquisition by Shorehill Capital LLC. No financial terms were disclosed. Vandalia, Ohio-based Triad Technologies LLC is a distributor of industrial fluid power and automation solutions.
