Thoma Bravo to acquire T2 Systems from Pamlico Capital

Thoma Bravo LLC will acquire Indianapolis-based T2 Systems Inc, a provider of parking management technology. The seller is Pamlico Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. The Carlyle Group and Madison Capital Funding provided the debt funding for the deal.
