Tikehau to sell stake in Nafilyan & Partners to Immobel

Tikehau Capital has agreed to sell its stake in Paris-based real estate promoter Nafilyan & Partners to Immobel. Banque Degroof Petercam Corporate Finance advised Nafilyan & Partners on the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed.
