U.S. Physical Therapy appoints Sentinel Capital's Kuntz to board of directors

U.S. Physical Therapy, which operates outpatient physical therapy clinics, has named Edward L. Kuntz to its board of directors. Kuntz is an operating partner at Sentinel Capital Partners. He is also the former chairman and CEO of Kindred Healthcare.
