Varagon supports InTandem's buyout of Pediatric Home Service

Varagon Capital Partners has provided a credit facility to back InTandem Capital Partners' acquisition of Pediatric Home Service. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Roseville, Minnesota, Pediatric Home Service is a provider of in-home care to medically fragile infants, children and adolescents in the upper Midwest. Varagon is the administrative agent, lead arranger and bookrunner on the financing.
