Varicent Software Raises $35 Million
Varicent Software Inc., a Toronto-based provider of sales performance management and incentive compensation management solutions, has raised $35 million in new VC funding. FTV Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers RBC Venture Partners and EdgeStone Capital Partners.
