VC-backed CloudBees buys CodeShip
CloudBees has acquired Boston-based CodeShip, a provider of continuous integration and delivery products in the cloud. No financial terms were disclosed. CloudBees was backed by Matrix Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Verizon Ventures.
