Vector Capital to acquire ChyronHego

Vector Capital has agreed to buy ChyronHego for $2.82 per share. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2015. Duff & Phelps is financial advisor to ChyronHego on the deal. Headquartered in Melville, NY, ChyronHego is a provider of broadcast graphics for live TV, news and sports production.
