TIS raises $12 mln from 83North

Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH, or TIS, said Nov. 9 that it raised $12 million in additional financing from 83North. 83North joins previous TIS investors Target Partners and Zobito. TIS, of Walldorf, Germany, provides a cloud platform for managing corporate payments and cash flows.

Enview scores $6 mln Series A

San Francisco-based Enview, a provider of 3D geospatial data analytics, has raised $6 million in Series A financing. Crosslink Capital led the round with participation from other investors that included Lemnos, Promus Ventures and Skype co-founder Toivo Annus. In addition to the funding, Matt Bigge, a partner at Crosslink Capital and Helen Boniske, a partner at Lemnos, have joined Enview's board of directors.

Silverton Partners leads $5.6 mln round for Rollick Outdoor

Austin, Texas-based Rollick Outdoor, a provider of a marketing platform for retailers and manufacturers in the powersports, RV and marine industries, has raised $5.6 million in funding. Silverton Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Autotech Ventures, Troy Capital Partners and Capital Factory.

Ford's Argo AI buys VC-backed LiDAR startup Princeton Lightwave

Ford's Argo AI has acquired LiDAR startup Princeton Lightwave. No financial terms were disclosed. Princeton Lightwave was backed by First Analysis.

German biopharma company InflaRx goes public

Germany-based InflaRx, a developer of new therapeutics in the "terminal complement space," has raised about $100 million for its IPO after pricing its over 6.6 million shares at $15 per share. The stock began trading November 8, 2017 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "IFRX." J.P. Morgan, Leerink Partners and BMO Capital Markets are the lead underwriters. InflaRx's backers include Bain Capital Life Sciences LP, Cormorant Asset Management LLC and RA Capital Management LLC.

Oyster Point Pharmaceuticals rallies $22 mln Series A

San Francisco-based Oyster Point Pharmaceuticals Inc., a developer of treatments for dry eye and other diseases of the ocular surface, has closed $22 million in Series A financing. New Enterprise Associates and Versant Ventures led the round.

Qubole reels in $25 mln

Qubole, the big data-as-a-service company, has raised $25 million in funding. Singtel Innov8 and Harmony Partners led the round with participation from return backers Charles River Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Institutional Venture Partners. In addition to the funding, Qubole has appointed Kevin Kennedy as chief operating officer and Mohit Bhatnagar as senior vice president of products.

Real estate tech company Compass amasses $100 mln

Compass, a real estate technology company, has raised $100 million in Series E funding. The backers included Fidelity Investments, IVP and Wellington Management.

Skyview Ventures backs Silk Technologies

Plymouth, Minnesota-based Silk Technologies Ltd, a biotech company that uses silk protein to develop drugs that treat eye disease, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding. The investor was Skyview Ventures.

India personal finance management startup Fisdom inks $4 mln Series B

India-based Fisdom, a personal finance management start-up, has raised $4 million in Series B funding. The lead investor was Accion Frontier Inclusion Fund, managed by Quona Capital. Also, Saama Capital participated in the round.
