Bespoke Post snaps up $6 mln Series A

New York City-based Bespoke Post, an ecommerce service, has raised $6 million in Series A funding, according to a source familiar with the transaction. The investors were Walden VC, Scout Ventures and Kiwi Venture Partners.

GuiaBolso rallies $39 mln

Brazil-based GuiaBolso, a personal finance management platform, has raised $39 million in funding. Vostok Emerging Finance led the round with participation from other investors that included Ribbit Capital, IFC, QED Investors, Endeavor Catalyst and Omidyar Network.

VC-backed Reltio recruits Hollinger as chief HR officer

Redwood Shores, California-based Reltio, an enterprise data-driven applications and modern data management platform as a service company, has appointed Renee Hollinger as chief human resources officer. Previously, Hollinger worked at IronSource where she was executive vice president for global human resources. Reltio is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Sapphire Ventures, Crosslink Capital and .406 Ventures.

LevelTen Energy snags $6.8 mln

Seattle-based LevelTen Energy, an electric utility company, has raised $6.8 million in funding. The investors were Prelude Ventures, Techstars Venture Capital Fund, Founders’ Coop, Wireframe Ventures, Element 8 Fund and Avista Development.

SeventySix Capital funds NSG

N3rd Street Gamers, an operator of Localhost, a dedicated esports arena, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. SeventySix Capital led the round.

Restaurant app Allset books $5 mln Series A

Restaurant app Allset has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Greycroft Partners led the round with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Vaizra Investments, Compound, FJ Labs and SMRK VC Fund.

Eniac Ventures leads seed round for Alloy

New York City-based Alloy, a platform that helps the financial services industry make data-driven customer decisions, has secured $3.8 million in seed financing, according to a blog post. Eniac Ventures led the round.

DirectScale nabs $8.5 mln Series B

Lindon, Utah-based DirectScale, a cloud-based software platform for the direct and social selling industry, has raised $8.5 million in Series B funding. Grotech Ventures led the round with participation from Origin Ventures and previous backer Kickstart Seed Fund.

Moonsail rakes in $27.5 mln for $75 mln-targeted fund

MoonSail Capital, a Los Angeles and San Juan-based private equity firm, has raised $27.5 million for its inaugural fund, according to an SEC listing. The target is $75 million.

Prenetics hauls in $40 mln

Prenetics, a Southeast Asia-based genetics-focused digital health company, has raised $40 million in funding. Beyond Ventures and the Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund led the round with participation from other investors that included Yuantai Investment Partners, mFund and eGarden Ventures.
