Hong Kong-based bike-sharing platform Gobee.bike has raised $9 million in Series A funding. Grishin Robotics led the round with participation from Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, Reuters reported.

The Meloy Fund, a subsidiary of conservation organization Rare, has raised $10 million in its first close. The target is $20 million. The fund will focus on helping coastal fishers transition to more sustainable practices. The find's final close is expected to be in September 2017 with Global Environmental Facility as anchor investor providing $6 million to the pool. The fund's other investors include Lukas Walton Fund of the Walton Family Foundation as well as family offices, investment managers and foundations.
