TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. has hired Harold Zagunis as its chief financial officer. Zagunis will also continue to serve as the chief financial officer of TriplePoint Capital, TPVG’s sponsor. Zagunis replaces Harold Spencer, who had been serving as the firm's interim chief financial officer in connection with its IPO.
