Viola Private Equity to provide up to $28.4 mln to Itamar Medical

Viola Private Equity will invest up to $28.4 million in Israeli medical device company Itamar Medical. In addition to the investment, Jonathan Kolber and Sami Totah, both of whom serve as general partners at Viola Private Equity, will join Itamar's board of directors.
