Warburg Pincus to buy Service Logic from Sterling

Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire Charlotte, North Carolina-based Service Logic, a provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair and replacement services for commercial HVAC equipment. The seller was Sterling Investment Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.
