WaterBit grabs $11.4 mln Series A
San Jose, California-based WaterBit, a precision irrigation company, has raised $11.4 million in Series A financing. New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from TJ Rodgers, former CEO of Cypress Semiconductor and Heuristic Capital. In conjunction with the funding, NEA Managing General Partner Scott Sandell will join WaterBit's board of directors.
