Waterton and Walton Street acquire Washington DC hotel
Waterton and Walton Street Capital have acquired a Washington, DC-based, 356-room hotel The Madison, formerly known as Loews Madison. No financial terms were disclosed. The hotel, which is a half mile north of the White House, will be managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
