Webster Capital holds $255 mln first close

Webster Capital held a $255 million first close on its third flagship fund, Managing Partner Donald Steiner told Buyouts in an email. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based firm filed a Form D with the United State Securities and Exchange Commission on July 31 to signify the close.
