Wellington Management Company held a final closing of Hadley Harbor Partners III on $2.2 billion, with $1.8 billion raised by the main fund and $400 million raised by co-investment vehicles. Committed capital will be used to invest in companies globally across diversified sectors.

Fund III received commitments from several institutional investors, including a $10 million commitment from Hartford Municipal Employees Retirement Fund.
