Wellspring buys Lucky Strike

Wellspring Capital Management has acquired Sherman Oaks, California-based Lucky Strike Entertainment LLC, an operator of upscale entertainment venues. No financial terms were disclosed. McDermott Will & Emery provided legal counsel to Wellspring on the transaction.
