Wellspring completes Paragon buyout

Wellspring Capital Management LLC has closed its previously announced acquisition of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma-based Paragon Films, a maker of high performance stretch film for transit packaging distributors. No financial terms were disclosed. McDermott Will & Emery LLP served as legal counsel to Wellspring on the deal, And, Rothschild served as financial adviser to Paragon with Kirkland & Ellis LLP providing legal counsel.
