L Catterton invests in Dentalcorp

L Catterton has made an undisclosed investment in Dentalcorp, the largest network of general and specialist dental clinics in Canada. No financial terms were disclosed. Imperial Capital Group Ltd. and OPTrust Private Markets Group will continue to hold a "significant" equity stake in Dentalcorp. Jefferies LLC provided financial advice to Dentalcorp on the transaction while CIBC World Markets was special adviser.
