PE-backed Raymundos buys Desi Natural Dahi

Raymundos Food Group LLC, a portfolio company of AUA Private Equity, has acquired Bethpage, New York-based Desi Natural Dahi, a milk and yogurt distributor. The seller was Derle Farms Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.
