GI Partners acquires tech office building in Sunnyvale, CA

GI Partners acquired 825 Stewart Drive in Sunnyvale, California, through real estate fund DataCore L.P. The property, a 75,000 square foot office and R&D building, is leased to a technology company. GI Partners manages DataCore on behalf of The California State Teachers' Retirement System.
