DrFirst acquires consulting firm The IN Group

Healthcare software provider DrFirst acquired certain assets of California-based consulting firm The IN Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The IN Group is now a division of DrFirst, led by Brad Block of DrFirst as president and Bruce Matthias, founder of The IN Group, as senior vice president.
