Ionic Security raises $45 mln, partners with Amazon Web Services
Data protection provider Ionic Security has partnered with Amazon Web Services to deliver its technology via AWS Marketplace. Ionic also raised $45 million in a growth round of funding with participation by new investors Amazon.com Inc., Goldman Sachs and Hayman Capital. Existing investors GV, Icon Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Meritech Capital Partners and Tech Operators also took part.
