3i-backed Q to buy TBL Performance Plastics

Q has agreed to acquire Sparta, New Jersey-based TBL Performance Plastics, a maker of single-use bio-process components and systems including fittings, tubing, single-use assemblies and fabrication. No financial terms were disclosed. Q is backed by 3i.
