China Life Insurance Company (Taiwan) has approved a $30 million commitment to Veritas Capital’s seventh technology-focused fund, Veritas Capital Fund VII.

The Taiwanese insurer has joined other investors in committing to this fund, including Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund.

As illustrated below, the insurer has an appetite for a range of sectors and strategies. The Taiwanese life insurer has committed to five funds with a 2019 vintage, which combined constitute $80.2 million.
