Alto Capital IV has held a final close at its €210 million hard-cap, surpassing its initial target by €60 million. The fund will invest €15 million to €20 million in Italian companies with enterprise values between €25 million and €80 million, through buyout and expansion investments. It will continue to pursue Alto Partners’ target sectors: luxury and design, food, high-end mechanics and business services.
The fund’s investor base comprises 70 LPs, both new and existing, and includes pension funds, foundations, banks, family offices, funds of funds and private investors.
