Ardian takes stake in German photo products maker Saal Digital

Ardian is acquiring a stake in Saal Digital, a German maker of photo products. No financial terms were disclosed. As a result of the deal, Nordwind Capital and the Saal family will continue to hold a "substantial" stake in Saal Digital.
